Billys Bakery cupcakes!!!

So it was my sisters friends birthday and she received a box of billys bakery cupcakes and shared with us. YAAAAYYYY!! i have always heard good things about billys bakery but never wanted to trek all the way to get some so I was happy.

                

First up, the red velvet cupcake (left). Now I had heard good things about this one. It was just a simple red velvet cupcake with cream cheese frosting. However, I didnt really like it. The cake wasnt very moist and the icing was too sweet. It just tasted eh to me. I was hesistant to try the banana one but I heard that this was what to get at the bakery so I took a leap of faith and OH. EM. GEEEE!! DELICIOUSSS!!! It was a banana cupcake with vanilla icing I think. It was soooo good. Mainly, it was the banana cake that made this cupcake amazing! It was so banana-y and moist!!! And the frosting was not as sweet as the other one so I was really digging it! I even think this one is better than the one at Butter Lane because the banana flavor is much more present in this one. It was AWESOME. If I need a banana cupcake fix, I'm going to Billys!! Now that I tried and eh one and a really good one, I dunno if Billys will be a hit and miss but Im open to trying new things if they ever come my way!
